An overweight pupil who said she challenged herself to lose five kilos after she was called ‘body fat’ by an ex, continued to lose an unbelievable 140 pounds and today reveals a taut and toned body.
Hayley Westoby was having a silly argument with her then-boyfriend when he let it slip that he thought she should “lose some weight.” Despite the fact that she knew he did not mean it maliciously, Hayley took his words and phrases as inspiration to get her health under control.
She thought to herself "I suffer from chronic pain, recurring infections, and constant health problems… I am sick and very tired of looking in the mirror and seeing all that fat covering my body…"
“Before my weight have been pointed out, I had not realized just how much weight I would put on. It had been a gradual thing since beginning university, where I gained the ‘Fresher 10’ and then some because of my student diet of processed foods and booze,” Westoby said.
When her disgruntled ex-informed her to “eliminate some weight,” she took it to the soul and worked tirelessly to get in the very-best shape of her life.
Westoby hit the fitness center and completely turned around her diet to begin shedding the weight: “I made a decision to collection myself an achievable focus on of losing 11 pounds and was astonished at how quickly it came off. So I kept going, educating myself on exercise and nutrition along the way.”
Now she weighs about a slim 8th has and 7lbs an incredibly toned size ten physique.
These full times Hayley wakes up at 5.30am to be able to exercise and keep maintaining her enviable figure, she has adopted an alcohol-free lifestyle also.
"Is there a way that can enjoy eating delicious, satisfying food… at the mean time view, the pounds melt off, and feel better than ever before.", she wondered.

Hayley said: “Before my weight problem had been mentioned, We had not realized just how much weight I would put on.
"If I just do nothing? EASILY just keep performing what I have been doing? I keep obtaining heavier, sicker and maintain morning why God did all of this if you ask me.", she said.
“But following the shock of realizing just how much weight We had placed on had worn off, I was made by it look at my party lifestyle, and We realized I had let myself go.
“I make up my mind to set myself an achievable target of losing 10 pounds and was shocked at how quickly the pounds came off. THEREFORE I kept going, educating myself on exercise and nutrition on the way.
“Now I have lost 140 pounds completely naturally and am thus proud of what I have achieved. I will never be once again embarrassed by my body.”
Before she started her degree, Hayley has been in shape with an excellent fitness level, as she loved running and sports.

Although changing her workout and diet regimen have played a huge part in her weight loss, Hayley credits a lot of her success to eliminating alcohol. “People do not realize just how many calories and just how much sugar is for the reason that glass of wine or beer that they love,” she said.
The primary problem is due to not getting enough nutrition, even
though you may be eating a lot of “food”!
Diets and Gimmicks do not work because they are only effective as long as you are “on” them.

"But I use it as motivation to get myself to the gym and have even started helping other women I have met through the social press by sharing my dishes and tips."
She added: "I am so much happier, schooling and eating right and I am a better person because of my transformation.
"I just want to help as many folks achieve their goals, so they can feel as good in their skin, as I do.
"I have misplaced 140 pounds through yoga burn alone, and I am proof that you really can turn things around.
"If my ex had not made that comment, I do not know quickly would have been where I am today. I am thankful for this leading me on the trip I am on."
